Hey guys, I'd like to start off by saying congratulations on beginning your
weight loss journey. It's not an easy journey, but if you're in it for the long haul you'll definitely get to where you'd like to be.
Quick note, when it comes to
weight loss you have to try and lose that instant gratification mechanism we all seem to have these days.
Weight loss isn't about fast results, I find the faster people lose weight the more likely they are to put it back on, it's about changing the way you live and eat.

Note: I don't support crash
dieting, it's unhealthy and bad for your mind and
