Quitting smoking and starting a diet Dec 1

Hello all. My name is Jason and I am starting the new healthy me tomorrow. I have deciding that I am going to combine my quitting smoking with a diet to prevent a ridiculous weight gain. I quit smoking once before and was partially unsuccessful because I gained a ton of weight so I am hoping to negate the weight gain through my quit this time.

Look forward to talking with you.

I wish you well, my friend. I've done both, but not at the same time. Hope it works out for you.

I quit smoking in February and gained about 25 pounds in the next nine months. Then I drastically changed my lifestyle and eating habits and have lost all the weight I had put on plus in 3 weeks. I dont drink soda or alcohol anymore, I dont eat fast food anymore, and I started exercising and I feel better than I ever have. Good luck and have fun my friend!
