I was looking for this kind of forum, where I can have some company with fellow weight losers. I am glad I found it.
Here is short introduction about myself.
I am 5'4"(160cms) and weighing 65kgs(143lbs). I had a baby two years ago. So I have lot of
belly fat..
My ideal weight is 58kgs(128lbs).
I am pure
vegetarian..sometimes I eat egg (but very very rarely). I am trying different things to lose weight, but I lack consistency. I think that is the reason for my failure.
Now I joined a
gym and doing 30mins
cardio and trying out some weight training..should see how the results come.
