Howdy everyone!
Hello all, this is my first post and I'm excited and kindof nervous.. I'm a
23 yr. old from Canada hoping to lose around 20-30
pounds by the end of the summer, and after visiting some pages, thought this would be a great way to help reach my
goal . Anyway, just thought I'd say HI to everyone on here so yyeah, feel free to drop me a line

im 17 and trying to loose around 60

Welcome! You and I are in the same boat! I'm trying to drop weight before school starts again in the fall! Welcome again, and I can say, that this site is very good! I'm sure that you'll like it here!
