hello, people!
Thought I'd introduce myself. Like most people here, I've tried practically every
diet plan available. I'm a wife, mother of three and a substitute teacher (will soon get credentialed in a few more months). My little boy died four years ago. He was born with a terminal genetic disorder. Since he died, my life has been filled with grief and sleepless nights.
Now I'm pulling it all together, but I need to lose 50
pounds .
Hope to find some help and support here.
This seems like a very friendly place.
Oh, forgot to mention that I have diabetes and triglycerides that are through the roof (another reason to lose the weight.)
