After you posted in the buddy thread in the club section, I asked you if you could convert kgs to pounds for me so I could find you a buddy who was trying to lose around the same amount of weight. We have at least 2 or 3 people looking for buddies right now.

To be perfectly honest with you, your goal seems a bit excessive, that's a lot of weight you want to lose in a very short period of time, short of medically supervised weight loss, you are going to have a tough time doing it safely.

What is your current weight and what's your goal weight... What's the big event coming in in 2 months that you want to be at that weight for?

You will find lots of encouragement and support, but that encouragement and support will insist that you do it safely.

Ok, I just googled this. Is 1 kg equal to about 2 pounds? If so, then that is 48 pounds that you are trying to lose in 2 months!
