pounds in three months is going to be tough to do unless you are on a doctor supervised program, it's safe to lose 2
pounds per week, so at the end of three months, you'd be down 35
pounds or so... closer to your
goal.

www.sparkpeople.com are both pretty good and be totally honest about everything you eat... you'll see pretty quickly where your
calories are going?
Why are you gaining weight after you lose it? You are probably looking at it as a
diet and not a lifestyle change.. You want to focus on changing your lifestyle, eating healthier, getting more exercise, as a way of life rather than just a short term
goal and you can go back to your old habits once you are done...
