Heya! I just registed on the forums and am reading thru some threads. I am currently back in Iraq (D@mn that Bush!) , and have alot of time on my hands after work. I am getting together a plan to loose some weight, Id say that i wanna loose about a good 30 lbs. Time isnt an issue, i have about a year; but I would like to see a good 15 lbs in 5 monthes.

Any idea's on gym workouts plans? I am 5'6 and 193 lbs, I would like to get back in shape to about 160ish, but be toned.

Well thanks for the INC input.

Will

Hi Cruelcodex
Welcome to the forum!

Your goals are very realistic and you should have no problem finding a system that works for you!

I stick with the counting calories and walking gig...walking for me is free and easy, I do it early in the morning before it gets too hot and the counting calories lets me eat what I want and is very flexible without the guilt of having "failed" a "diet"

You just have to find what works for you and your lifestyle.

Good luck and again, welcome to the forum! This is a great place for support and motivation!!

Welcome,

Sounds very do-able.

What kind of work out do you think you would like? Do you get any fresh vegetables over there?
