I've been looking for a way to get motivated and i think this is it. I don't want to join a weight loss group or a gym because i know that i can lose weight by eating healthy and just excersicing at home so I'm hoping to use this forum as a way to keep track of my weight loss and keep myself motivated. I've always promised myself that I would lose weight before starting university and I will be in September so I guess it's crunch time I've worried about my weight ever since I became aware of the fact that there were different body types. My weight is constantly on my mind and I just want to stop worrying about it. I want to live me life normally without stopping myself from doing things I want to do and constantly putting myself down because of my weight. Here I go, wish me luck
