I'm looking for a nice online support community to aid me in my adventure to lose weight. I live alone, and I work so much that I really don't go out with friends or anything, so I'm doing this all on my own. ( This is why I'm here! )
Right now I have a very small goal to buy a scale, ( I haven't owned one in years ) Work out in some way for at least 30 min everyday, and count calories better. I hope that I can branch out from this by reading and learning here.
I'm scared starting out all alone... but since i'm all I got, I'd better start relying on myself.. Thank you for having me ^_^
If you want an online workout buddy, let me know! I hate working out alone. I usually go to WOWY.com and find buddies there. It's a great way to stay motivated!
I'm new here too. We've got the right idea looking for buddies to help. I also go to wowy.com (beachbody.com) and I have about 14 faithful workout buddies now, you really should check it out. I workout Monday thru Friday at 5:30 am. but of course you can find people to work out at your favorite time! I just joined a weight loss clinic too, we'll see how it goes. I am told to write everything down. Anyway, we can do this!
