Hey everyone. I'm new here, but I'm definitely not new to dieting. I'm 20 years old and I've been married for almost two years. I was at a pretty healthy weight when I got married (about 130), but I've gone up and down since then and I'm currently at my highest weight ever. I weighed myself about a week and a half ago and started a diet. I lost two pounds, but I already started to cave. I would really like to lose the excess weight and I hope I can find a way to lose it and keep it off. I really don't know what else to say. If you want to know anything else feel free to ask.
I joined just a couple of weeks ago and joined a group here right away.
We are all trying to lose a few pounds over the next couple of months.
(I have already lost 3 pounds!)
Take a look at our group and see if it one you would like to join.
Here is the thread:
In the Middle Ages, they had guillotines, stretch racks, whips and chains.
Nowadays, we have a much more effective torture device called the bathroom scale.
