Hi all!
I'm from Northern Manitoba...I just had a baby 5 weeks ago, and am starting a weight loss challenge up here with my sister and a couple of friends. I'm taking it easy for now, as I had a c-section, so heavy exercise is out of the question right now, and I know if I quit the junk food and pop cold turkey I will fail miserably!
