Let me start by introducing myself, my name is Debbie and I am 28 years old.
I realized that I had a big ok, lets say huge weight loss problem about 4 years ago when I hit rock bottom after losing my mother and brother and weighing in at 399 lbs. I refused to go to 400. So, that is the day I was reborn! Today, after losing 165 lbs. I am a healthy and very active 234 lbs. and still losing! Counting calories, keeping a food journal and working out is how I do it. I do not consume more than 1400 calories a day and I drink lots of water and green tea along with taking supplements. Working out has become my biggest hobby! I spend 6 days a week 1 1/2 to 2 hours each one of those days running and weight lifting. It feels so good!!! My next big endeavor after losing 50 more lbs. is to have the excess skin removed through surgery. I am so excited about this site. I finally found a place that I fit in!! |

I have recently taken 40 lbs off and have 60 to go,..plus with having three big babies...I too am looking forward to a lil nip in the tummy area when I am done....to have a smooth flat tummy once again is like a dream come true. I am going to do it before the 40th birthday in Dec 2005...ok enough about me...I talk too damn much.
Welcome ....and I hope we cheer you all the way down to the last pound you have to loose...and then we can swap info on our "procedures". |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Thank You all for the support. It has been a little tough lately do to the lack of support at home. My husband is a wonderful man, but when it comes to my weight, he would rather have me heavy. He is very insecure. I just recently signed up for a local beauty pageant, and it is killing him. So, I have done all this with no buddys or support at all. Until now!!! Again, Thank You! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | I haven't been here for a while, but I do have good news. I have lost another 4 lbs, it makes a total of 26 all total. It's coming off slow, but that is the way the Rapid Start program is supposed to work, it's coming off right. I feel in control and I am so proud of myself. Had to have a cortizone shot today and it makes me so hungry, I don't know why, but it does. I prepared for it though, and had a food plan so I could snack on the right things through the evening and not sabotage my progress. |
