Hi All... My name is Heidi and I am putting on the pounds. I feel tired, drained, depressed, and disgusted! I feel very uncomfortable in my skin and need some motivation, and I hope this is the right place.

I have a desk job, 9 year old girl, and a husband that works 2nd shift, and two chihuahuas.

I am, 5'4", 145#, right now. I would love to get down to 110, but 120 would be great too. I am just so tired when I get home, I dont feel like doing anything. I am not a good cook, so fast food, and prepackaged foods are the norm.

I hope to meet you all, and support you as well. And get some great advice.

Tried Adkins, and lost 20 pounds, but it make me very sick. So sick of lettuce it wasnt even funny!

I am also 5'4". When i started my diet i was 143 lbs, but I am now at 127.5lbs. My aim is 116 lbs.

My breaking point was also when i found it harder and harder to get into my clothes.. and at times i could wear something one day, and two days later it would be too tight to even do up!

So good luck with your diet... Its great when you finally get back into those clothes.. but even better when people comment that your (once-upon-a-time skin-tight) jeans look too baggy!!
