heres another one...
hey guys... i came to this site seeking motivation and encouragement..hopefully ill be able to lose weight and keep it off this time... to make a long story short ive been overweight my whole life...pretty much up until right after i graduated high school. I got in a bad car accident and ballooned to 235 pounds...through hard work and dedication a year later i stood a lean 165... two years later im back at 195 with a goal of 175...wish me luck guys
