Dear Weight Loss Forum Members:

Please take note an existing rule is going to be enforced again.

Please do not have any advertising in your signature, if you have a service you are offering, please use the link to your home page in your profile. If your posts intrigue members, they will check it out and find your site.

If you do have advertising in your signature, you will be asked to remove it, if you fail to comply within a reasonable about of time, it will be removed for you.

Please be reasonable in the amount of tickers that you have in your signature.

actually ... to be clear ... i am would like to enforce that only 1 ticker is available ... they already take up so much space.

If someone is interested in what you have to say - they will check your profile out.. otherwise _no..

Nope -those are the forum rules -you can put whatever you want in your profile and if someone is interested in what you have to say -they will check your profile - but otherwise -nope...

Just a refresher reminder...

No links will be allowed in signatures... that means no blogs that contain advertising, no clickbank links, no links to your favorite site, no links..
