I know where you are comming from
I was and is still in the same boat
it finaly got to the point i got determined i dont think of it as a
diet because it seems i restrict my self so i watch my portions and also drinks lots of water and gaave up most of my soft drinks i still have one a day but a 12 oz and most days i do not drink it all or i subsitute with juice instead
i have included excercise as well so far i have lost 37 lbs still working on it
also join a local support group i go to TOPS(take off
pound sensibly) that helps alot get som e of ypour friends to join you in your journey through
weight loss buddy system is always good and of course you have us here rooting for you if you need us just ask
