I have spent the last 2 days just reading and nodding my head in agreement with everyone's posts.
I'm here to find some moral support on my weight loss journey. I have tried it all. Weight Watchers, Atkins, Slim Fast, Hoodia pills...You name it.
My husband went to the doctor yesterday for a physical. He came home and told me he has high *everything* and the doctor wants him on a strict diet starting NOW.
That really scared me. We've only been married a year. We are young, we have so much life ahead of us....If we allow ourselves to actually live it and stop letting the food control us.
It's hard discussing my weight issue with friends. Nobody seems to understand what a struggle it is everyday dealing with these extra pounds.
I'm glad I got to this site, for the first time in a long time, I feel like there are people out there like me...People who understand what I'm going though!
