getting started

I am a 21 year female weighing 158 lbs. and have strugled with weight my whole life. Two summers ago I lost twenty pounds (I was 175 lbs). I have maintained this weight lost, but it has been hard. I thought I had made a lifestlye change that summer, but I have not. Being in college while trying to lose/ maintain this weight is really hard. I would really like to lose 20 lbs. I feel like I worked so hard that summer and this past year I have been just getting by. My busy life and eating due to stress is not an excuse. I feel that I have to resolve this weight issue I graduate. My goal is to be at least 148lbs by the end of December
