The good news - I have stopped the scale from increasing.
The bad news - I feel like I've lost my focus.

I NEED and am hoping there is one of you that can help me stay focused with frequent check-ins and I, too will provide you with encouragement and challenges to reach your weight loss goals.

I weigh 241 lbs, I'm 35 years old and very discouraged about my weight. I know how it feels to lose weight and feel "skinny" - I did it over 10 years ago. I lost 70 lbs in 9 months. I kept it off for nearly 8 years and over the past 2, it's been steadily increasing.

I know I can do it. Does anyone want to be my weight loss buddy ?

I would love to be your weightloss buddy! It really helps to have someone to encourage you to keep up the great work. There are quite a few people on here that know more then I do about weight loss..but we can learn together.
I am sure you will get lots more replys to this. There are a TON of people here to help you get a great start to losing weight and keep you on track.
