Hi,
My name is Lee and I'm from Western Australia. Will be doing Cohens in a couple of weeks so thought this may be the place to be and see how it works. Looks like everyone has had great success so my fingers are crossed! I haven't had much luck with other diets such as Atkins and South Beach but am willing to give it a go.
