hey there!
Since you're lifting weight maybe it's safe to assume that some of those 5
pounds came from muscle growth. Looks like everything's okay in terms of the
exercises.
Maybe you have to look into what you're eating. Eat a lot of greens (vegetables) and other fibrous foods so that you'll be full most of the time. Also, eat 6 times a day in small amounts.
I'm not so sure if you can lose 10lbs by thanksgiving...it really depends on the person's overall state but I'm sure you can lose a lot of
pounds by taking the advise above.
Exercise is just a part of the equation

If you think you're doing well in that section then maybe it's time to look into other things such as your
