Started my weight-loss program on Sunday, so far so good. I have eaten very well thus far. I used my stat bike for 35 min tonight and go the heart racing. Finally input ticker. I have 68 pounds to lose by May 05, 2007. This is about 11-12 pounds per month. Boy does that seem like a lot. I will update from time to time and will continue to read posts to get support from and give support to others. Good luck to all of you.

well its been six days since I started my weight loss program, so far I have lost 11 pounds; I had my wife take my before picture and man was it disgusting; so far very few cravings and exercise has come easy; hope all of you are doing well, thanks for the kind letters; please let me know how you are doing; good luck with your program

How on earth did u lose 11 pounds in 6 days
are u following a specific diet?
thats my kinda of weight loss!
