hi guys.. 38 year old married female. had my stomache stapled 5 years ago.. lost 80 pounds right away.. did it so i could get pregnant.. then found out i couldn't get pregnant for other reasons and started to self sabotage my progress..did the yo-yo thing for years.. ended up almost back at my original weight. but then something inside of me decided enough was enough and i have started to start over again.. my highest weight was 309, i am now at 190.. would LOVE to get to 125, but would be thrilled with 150..have the lovely flabby skin thing going on...lol.. don't think that will change at my age, but am quite proud of myself anyway!!! i will be in the chat room alot, come see me... or PM me too...LOVE to chat!!!!!!!!

small healthy meals, sensible snacks, extra water thru out the day..lol.. sounds good..but really, i try to stick to that, plus getting on the treadmill. the extra attention i have been getting from co-workers and strangers is a GREAT motivator!!!! i just wish it would happen faster... and in the areas i really want it to come off of!!!!! LOL AS IF!!!!
