I am a mom of two boys, two and a half and 12 months old. Prior to having the boys I was at 130
pounds. I was very lucky while pregnant and gained only 19
pounds with each of the pregnancies. Many of my friends have also had children recently and most of them gained much more weight. The kicker to all of this is that after I had the boys, my weight has shot back up to my 9 month pregnancy weight.
I work part time and stay at home the rest of the time. I have had little motivation to
diet and am looking for suggestions on where to start. I also live a 35 minute drive from the nearest
gym and feel like if I go to the
gym at night I will rarely get to see my husband.
So that's the story. Any suggestions will be very appreciated.
