Hello everyone! I hope to meet friends and find and give support on this site I started out at 190lbs at the beginning of this month, and so far I've lost 11lbs. I exercise every morning, I do 60min. on the Nordic Track and I do a Billy's Bootcamp dvd too. Sometimes I need motivation and encouragment! Well I guess that's all for now, this is my first post so I'm not really sure what else to say

Welcome!! I want to lose as much as I can safely before Christmas too. Sounds like you are very motivated. Perhaps we could be buds to keep each other focussed! I work out every morning on my elliptical for 60-70 minutes...
The challenges help too, but right now things are pretty quiet in the challenge front! What do you figure? Want to hold each other accountable?

Thanks everyone for your support and kind words! I am trying to find the motivation to do my workout this morning... I keep thinking of that "skinny" cute Christmas outfit I want to fit in.. that seems to help some
