Hello everyone! I hope to meet friends and find and give support on this site  I started out at 190lbs at the beginning of this month, and so far I've lost 11lbs. I exercise every morning, I do 60min. on the Nordic Track and I do a Billy's Bootcamp dvd too. Sometimes I need motivation and encouragment! Well I guess that's all for now, this is my first post so I'm not really sure what else to say

Rep Power: 0 | | | Welcome!! I want to lose as much as I can safely before Christmas too. Sounds like you are very motivated. Perhaps we could be buds to keep each other focussed! I work out every morning on my elliptical for 60-70 minutes...
The challenges help too, but right now things are pretty quiet in the challenge front! What do you figure? Want to hold each other accountable?
