I have noticed that on some things it will say there are like 140 calories but only 45 calories from fat. Now do you count the 140 or the 45? TIA!!

Rep Power: 87 | | If you are only counting calories (some people count fat too) Then count whatever the calorie count is (140)...don't forget to check the servings! Like a can of soup may say only 100 calories but the can contains 2 servings, same with pop..i think a pop can is 2 or 2.5 servings |
