Rep Power: 0 | | thanx thats so kind im doing ww at the mo but i might go back to slimming world instead thats the diet plan i started on to lose 2st you must have some will power to lose what you have well done thats amazing just wish i had a bit more will power ive got 1st to lose to get to my personal target |

I'm new here (2nd day of doing a diary and starting my new changes in my life).
I'm not on a particular program.
I'm on the "Ryan" Diet, I suppose.
I have cut off red meat, all soda, and all sweets.
I am concentrating on eating fish, lean chicken, veggies, tons of water, green tea, etc. I also am doing lots of exercise everyday.
