im new from england
hi all im new to all this but nead some nice peeps to chat to ive lost 2st(28lbs i think) and would like to lose another 14lbs but lost my motivation any advice greatly recieved cheers xx

i'm realy just counting
calories -- i use
Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople to record what i eat every day to keep me honest and it's really been working.
i think youll find that we're a friendly bunch around here..

thanx thats so kind im doing ww at the mo but i might go back to slimming world instead thats the
diet plan i started on to lose 2st you must have some will power to lose what you have well done thats amazing just wish i had a bit more will power ive got 1st to lose to get to my personal target

Hi there. Congrats on your success (and upcoming success!).
I'm new here (2nd day of doing a diary and starting my new changes in my life).
I'm not on a particular program.
I'm on the "Ryan"
Diet , I suppose.
I have cut off red meat, all soda, and all sweets.
I am concentrating on eating fish, lean chicken, veggies, tons of water, green tea, etc. I also am doing lots of exercise everyday.
My best to you in your program and progress!
