Hello from Indiana
Well I weigh in at 305 on monday and been
dieting /exercising this week. I am county
calories about 2000 a day. And going to the
gym daily. I spend about an hour on the tread mill a day. So far have lost 2.5 lbs this week. Just a little about myself.
