Hi everyone! I'm Sara. I'm a wife and mother of 2 wonderful children. I'm a nurse and work in case management at a health insurance company, so I spend most of my day sitting. I'm also in school half-time (working on my bachelor's).
I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with insulin resistance. I've been overweight most of my life. I'm currently at my highest weight ever. I recently was diagnosed as prediabetic. This and seeing pics of myself has FINALLY motivated me to lose this weight!
