You need to be using BBCODE not the html code. If you can even just get the image link which is http://www.3fatchicks.net/img/heartb.../0/117/33/.png then click on the 'insert image' link when editing your sig. Its the one with an picture type icon , then paste the image url into the box that pops up.

how are your portion controls going? my problem is not portion control...it's the snacking after 7pm. that ruins me!! i don't have a sweet tooth all day, but then in the evening it just goes crazy! well, hope you're doing well, the beginning of a diet is the worst part, getting past all your bad habits and bad food choices.
