Rep Power: 0 | | | Howdy! Hi! I'm new to this forum, although I actually registered before Christmas I had a lot of festive temptation to eat my way through before I could actually start my weight loss programme!
My name's Terry, I'm an English guy and, whilst I'm not too overweight in other people's eyes, I know I need to lose some of this belly!
I'm gonna put up a post in the diary section outlining my plan and goals along with my progress so we can all see how I'm getting along! I know a bit about food and exercise, just don't have the will power to apply it! If I can I'll be glad to help anyone else in any way that I can but I think one of the most important factors in this is motivation and encouragement and, after looking around the site I'm sure that what I put into it I'll get back in spades!

I started the diet yesterday and I'm gonna hit the gym in about an hours time! Usually in the girst week I lose a lot of weight, about 10lbs! Idon't let it go to my head though because I know there's plenty more where that came from!
I'm planning on ultimately losing about 45lbs of fat which will probably be about 65-70 lbs including water and muscle!
Better get to work then!

The gym was, um, an experience! I didn't realise how unfit I'd let myself become! Tonight's workout would have been considered easy by me 6 months ago but now it's a real struggle!
I'm not sure how you add friends but if you, or anyone else, can tell me I'll be glad to add you!
Thanks for the welcome, Wishes! I enjoyed reading your Weight Loss Methods! I've never heard of SureSlim/Cohans, but if I ever see them in my neck of the woods I'll be sure to give them a wide berth! |
