Hi all, i need some advice.

Good day to all and happy new year.
Im looking for tips on loseing fat as fast as possible, I dont have alot to lose. Ive never been on any kind of diet before always ate whatever i wanted and always been slim.
Just recently however ive decided that that podgey stuff around my gut has just got to go.

I need a really simple aproach though because i dont have the patience to get complicated with food and exercize.
Im willing to work my ass off, thing is i dont want to grow big muscles or anything coz thats not my style, i just want to lower my body fat. And i want to do it quickly.
So any usefull tips would be really welcome.

Stop eating whatever you want. Be smart. Exercise. If you're willing to work your ass off, it will be easy. While you're working your ass off, just make sure you keep your heart rate up. Don't underestimate what you have to do. You're smart to try to take it off before it gets out of hand.

You cannot loose fat fast, you can loose water weight fast, but not fat.
However on the plus side starting any diet you will drop a largeish amount in the first couple of weeks. Mostly water weight.

You needent worry about looking all muscley - its just about impossible without a LOT of working out (as in 4-5 hours a day) for a female to look like that.

Your best bet for faster weight loss is lots and lots of calorie burning exercise, Cardio type stuff such as running or cycling or swimming would be best.

Good luck with it
