I'm new here, and I'm really excited about getting back into shape. Last year I stayed in shape with dance classes - five days a week - and working out at the gym, but after I graduated and got a job, and moved out of my parents house, my motivation went entirely to that.
I just moved into a little studio apartment by myself (on New Years!) and I think it's about time I make a positive change to my life! As soon as I got here I started all fresh with new food - and I filled my cupboards with veggies, fruits, whole wheat grains and soymilk! Right now I'm just about to hop over to the gym for an hour or two - and so far my resolution is going very well.
