Hi, I'm a newbie and....

want to be part of this forum for support while trying to achieve a measley 40lbs weight loss. I'm a sweet eater(cakes, cookies, pies, candy, etc.) so I'm starting arranging me a 3 meals and 2 snacks per day of healthy food items. In the beginning I need a little help so I'm going to do a two day juice fast to cleanse my body, would anyone like to participate? It's easier when you have someone do it at the same time with you. If so write me back I would like to start this week.
