Ever since the new year kicked in I'm obsessed with staying on track. I hope this forum can assist me in maintaining my goals.
Pre preggy I was 139lbs, (i'm 5'8" tall). Preggy I was 190lbs  .
Post preggy I fluctuated between 145 and 155lbs for that year.
Now baby is 18 months old and I've managed to get back down to 135lbs which is great BUT I still have a little flabby belly to work on AND I need to condition and strength train.
I'm looking forward to browsing the posts here in hopes to set up a training session/schedule for my goals.

Losing the last little bit can be hard (I look FORWARD to trying)  but well worth it!
