Rep Power: 0 | | newbie from UK Hi ya everyone thought i should introduce myself im clarissa i'm from the UK,23/24 yikes and a mummy to 10 month old keira,
stats are-
5ft 11 tall 32 inch inside leg *used to be straight up and down*
38E bust usd to be a 34D
i did used to be on the depro injection for a year and i gained alot of weight i was a size 8-10, i went up to a size 16/18 thats 3/4 sizes more
then managed to slim to a size 12 and stayed at 11 stone till i fell for my lil girl and im now weight- 185lbs
Maintenance calories/day 2030 Fat loss calories/ day 1480-1624 for the 1-2lbs per week loss *healthy*
I have 3 stone to lose = 42lbs *14lbs in 1 stone*
giving my self 6 months to get to this, but most of this is extra skin from my liposuction last year and i was left with excess skin wich makes me look like i need a thigh lift !! but i do have a lateral thigh trainer, some weights and dumbells and yoga dvd stability ball and dvd...
i lack the get up and go. i have fibromalgylia and i got IBS also mainly i have alot of pain and depression,
would really like to make new friends and get motivation to exercise again
I have joined the gym and made a start on new activity Saturdays are ballet
I have a real addiction to chocolate which has calmed down now I make myself either a chocolate milkshake or hot chocolate
I did a week food diary and found I don't eat up to my daily allowance which is probably why for a year I have been stuck at 13 stone !!
I'm not a hungry person thou and I found the more vegetables and fibre I eat It makes a difference in my weight!! I shall make a journal soon with all my ups and downs I lack motivation !! and I am always tired

I'm sorry to hear about your medical problems, I know it makes it tough. One of my best friends has Fibromyalgia; she loves being active though, and curls all winter. Ballet sounds like a good workout! |
