Rep Power: 0 | | | better late than never hello everyone.
i am here in need of some serious motivation.
in the past, i've tended to hover around 160, which is *almost* acceptable for my height (5'7'') - but recently i've managed to eat my way to 175, more than i have weighed since high school. what's worse, my expanding thighs and butt recently ripped holes in two pairs of jeans! so i really have no more excuses. i am rapidly running out of pants!
losing 35 pounds by my 25th birthday (in 6 months) was *supposed* to be my new year's resolution - let's just say the first week has not gone well. here's hoping that a little social support will turn out to be just what i need to keep myself on track. |

The toughest thing most people can do is try to change their eating habits in a positive way. Relax, just keep trying; you'll get there, eventually. |

Rep Power: 84 | | Hi & Welcome to the WLF
Your goals are definitely attainable, just take it one day at a time and be focused - I think it's easiest to lapse back into old eating habits when we're not actively paying attention.
