Hi, I am 15 years old but I am 11
stone 8
pounds which is not my ideal weight so I am trying to lose 2 or maybe 3
stone.
Realistically, if I am doing about an hour of exercise every day (running and aerobic workout); and also drinking a lot of water and having a much healthier
diet (such as 5 small meals a day rather than 3meals with chocolate and crisps in between). How long do you think it will take me to lose 2
stone? (Bearing in mind I am 15 years old and may stray from the healthier
diet now and again!!)
