Hi, My name is Brandi. I'm twenty two and a flight attendant. Which means meals are the biggest problem in my life. In six months I gained twenty pounds after I began this career choice and I am getting back on the right track.
I used to be 200 pounds before I worked really hard to lose fifty pounds, I gained ten back (which I had expected) but after putting on another twenty pounds I just WANT IT OFF!
I'm working out daily, eating lots of oatmeal (easiest to make in hotel rooms with low cals). I'm also trying slim quick (diet pills). I always said I would never go that way but sometimes even the hardest workers need a little boost.
I hope to get to know everyone and become a real member of this forum.
Welcome to the board Brandi, and I understand exactly your particular use of the oatmeal and diet pills. How do you eat the rest of the time, and do you take a vitamin supplement?
What is the rest of your lifestyle like?

hi Qjay, thank you for welcoming me here. I already feel like this board (and it's members) are good for just about anyone.
I usually bring a few peices of fruit on my trips and rice cakes. Having one or both of those carries me through the day and at dinner I eat what is available. It can be fast food or whatever place we choose to eat at. I tend to get any kind of chicken or a plain burger with fries. I'm a very picky eater so I seldom eat veggies.
I've been talking to my doctor about a vitamin supplement but he doesn't feel that it's needed just yet. If it does come to that I will make sure to let everyone know.
