Hi all, Im from the St.Louis area and recently joined Club Fitness to lose some of my 40lbs I put on through some medication my dr. put me on the past year. Needless to say I am soooo sore and have no idea what machines to use and don't know how to use the weights so I am here to learn learn learn, hopefully you all can help me out. If there is some sort of introductory program where you can get some cheap time spent with a trainer, it's a great way to go. The staff shouldn't mind if you go ask them how the machines work, etc, every 5 minutes, either.
You don't want to go home sore, so try to exercise a little less vigorously next time I've done the same thing and really tore my arms up with what FELT like easy exercises, at the time.
