hey

not that I'm sure anyone really actually cares to read these posts here... but I'm new.. and I'm an avid mountain biker.. I've now been on the treadmill for a month straight 20 minutes a day which is a first for me.. haha

if you have any tips to improve upperbody mass for biking, let me know

I've misworded my sentence, I want to decrease my upper body mass, I'm 170ish at about 6 feet tall, I'm satisfied with my muscle mass, I want to decrease my fat percentage.
