Hello from Mary

Hello everyone i am new on this forum. im 37 years old ,,i have battled all my life so far with my weight.i used to weigh 224 pounds and now i weigh 158.i still have some pounds to loose to become my normal weight.i just want to share my experience with others and i always say moral support is a good key in loosing weight.i hope to make friends here .

Hi mary! I'm new too i've also spent my whole life struggling with weight peoblems. My highest was 235 pounds. Then I bought a bicycle and like you, lost a lot of weight, i went from 235lbs to 128lbs in one year. Then gained almost half of it back again! (the dreaded yo-yo ) So i am trying to lose the weight i put back on again. Congratulations on losing the weight, and good luck keeping it off!! It is definitely harder to lose weight the second time around

Hello dear friends thanks for your reply and making me feel welcomed.excercise is the key too loosing weight,,,ive already tried starving myself and loosing alot of weight Fast but it always came back .now i eat normal portions,,i never skip a meal and i exercise and exercise,,,at work no elevator i take the stares,,i try to walk everywhere i go (besides the days that are cold)cause im in canada ,,,and in the summer i bought a bike,,the trick is that to burn off calories with exercise ,,no need for fancy expensive machines and too take it one day at a time.and like i said in my last post moral support,and encouragement is the key.i have a friend she s only 40 and had two heart attacks in the same year.i saw her a coouple months ago and said if you want to live you have to loose weight,,its not only stop smoking or stress its your weight problem,,so she took my advice and god she feels so much better now and her colesteral level is back to normal..lossing weight is imporatant for health,,not appearance (you have to do it for yourself )not because people start saying we look good

for m2m ..helle dear friend id have to loose around 30 pounds to be my normal weight ,(im very short ) lol

hello everyone ,i replaced meat with tofu in a spagetti sauce,,,it was really good.couldnt tell the difference,,just make a regular sauce and replace the meat,,
try it its great
