better late than never....
Hello everybody! This is all pretty new to me and I'm still trying to figure things out. I am 54 (seem to be older than most in here!) and need to lose between 70 and 80
pounds . It's not about vanity so much at this point, as it is health. Blood pressure is up, cholesterol is borderline, and was told I'm 'pre-diabetic'. Came through cancer a few years ago...figure if I can beat cancer I can beat this! Anyone out there in the same boat??

pounds might feel overwhelming - but it's not really...they all came off the same, one
pound at a time.
