Red face better late than never....

Hello everybody! This is all pretty new to me and I'm still trying to figure things out. I am 54 (seem to be older than most in here!) and need to lose between 70 and 80 pounds. It's not about vanity so much at this point, as it is health. Blood pressure is up, cholesterol is borderline, and was told I'm 'pre-diabetic'. Came through cancer a few years ago...figure if I can beat cancer I can beat this! Anyone out there in the same boat??

Hey Seize the Day

Welcome to the WLF and GOOD for you for getting in control! And yes, you beat cancer - you can beat this!

70-80 pounds might feel overwhelming - but it's not really...they all came off the same, one pound at a time.

You CAN do this
