Hey, I'm a 31 year old male and I really want to lose weight. There are some great tips on this board and I wanted to say thanks. Started changing my eating habits and exercising in the last week. I'm hoping visiting this forum frequently and updating the ticker will help keep me motivated!

You might consider creating a journal over in the diary section so we can get to know you and follow your journey as you head towards your goals!
