Hi, I am a newbie, from Florida. I have been on a
weight loss program supervised by a doctor for a little over a month. I have lost about 34 lbs. Since December 8. I am using medication (pills and shots). I still have a long way to go. I am motivated and really encouraged to keep it up. The
weight loss program has helped me with a lifestyle change. I have changed my eating habits as well as exercising daily.
