Hello to all. I am a newbie here and would love all the tips and hints I can get to get me going! I found this website while surfing the web and I think it will really help me with my weight loss goals. I have been reading some of the posts and I really love the enthusiasim that everyone has and the encouragement I see people giving others! So anyways HELLO!! |

I am new here too. I think the people on this site seem really supportive. I have also noticed that they are extremely excited when one of the other members reaches their goal or mini- goal. I am glad that I stumbled on this site and I think this site would be beneficial to anyone who is looking to lose weight. Good luck in your weight-loss. Have you seen that they also have challenges? I am looking forward to starting one when another one begins. I don't want to start in the middle. |
