Hi Everyone:
I am a new member to this site. I am 24 years old, happily married, and have a 6 year old son. I am 5'2 and currently weigh about 170 give or take a couple of
pounds. I am looking to initially lose 20
pounds. When I reach that
goal, I will decide my next step. I have been on other Web sites where they claim to offer support, but they already have their own little cliques and they don't like newcomers. It kind of reminds me of high school. Like many of you, I joined for to give and receive support and motivation. I have read a lot of forums before deciding to join. All of you seem really inspirational and that made me think I could actually do it.
I have tried (and failed) many
weight loss methods. I just lose hope when I don't see results. Like most of you, I have days when I need the encouragement to do what I already know is healthy. Also, the challenges peaked my interest. I think that could just be the motivation I need. Some of the other Web sites don't offer challenges. Well, good luck to you all to reach your
