Red face Another newbie!

Hey everyone! My friend Amy talked me into coming here, and said it would help a lot on my quest for a waistline. So far I've lost about 25 pounds by eating much less and exercising more...but of course I've hit that point in the "diet" where I feel like I have room to play because of the weight loss, and I have started eating lots of icky bad for me stuff again...so the weightloss has stopped for the moment. Anyone have any advice? I have a LOOOONG way to go to reach my goal weight.

Hi Krystal,
Welcome to the WLF

When we have a loooong way to reaching our goals, it might seem overwhelming and it's easier to slip back into former eating patterns.

The best thought I have to remember to take it one day at a time - sometimes, one meal at a time. Do your best to turn to healthy choices when that snack attack hits - trust me, it's amazing how filling an entire back of baby carrots can be when you're looking for that hand to mouth action

Know that you CAN do this - taking the first steps are hard, but well worth every bit of time and energy.

The power to change is in YOUR hands!
Best of luck to you
