Diet Pills

I can only speak for myself and my own personal exeriences in regards to diet pills. Some of them work, but most do not. I prefer diet pills with low caffiene, and mostly green tea type ingredients. I haven't tried herbalife, but I do take Lipofemme. That seems to work for me, and keeps me feeling energized. To each their own, I suppose.

Yes, if you stick with it and drink lots of water cause the tablets are water soluable you will loose - I'm on it since Christmas time and have lost 11.5 lbs! Keep it up and stick with it - you will love it!

Hi Mondy,

I have been on Herbalife for 3 months and have lose over 18 pounds and 12 inches. I feel great and i love the products. I have tried many weightloss programs that did not work and for a while taught that i would not lose the "Baby Fat after having twins". But Herbalife worked!

There is a 30 day money guarantee...if you are not satisfied you can get your money back ...Herbalife stands behind that guarantee.

Stick with the program and it will work. Your consultant is a great resource.

Do always keep in touch with your personal wellness coach, so that he/she can monitor your progress so that you are on the correct track to lose weight.

My first week with herbalife was hard too, but I had a great support system at HERBASPAM DELETED My "online family" gave me tips to stay motivated, recipes to change up what I'm eating, while still staying on the diet, and great weightloss resources. You should check it out, it really helped and now I've lost 20lbs and kept it off! The first couple weeks can be hard, but its totally worth it! Good luck!

Hello!

I have tried Herbalife 3 years ago,...actually my whole family tried it. It was good but after not taking it, I've gained weight and gained weight over the years.

I can't say they're bad since it was my fault that at that age (13) I didn't follow it strictly and I used to be quite sedentary. Maybe if you exercise too, it will have great results...and let's hope no problems will occur in maintaining your ideal weight.
